DPSS was founded by Dennis Partridge in 2008 to provide specialized repair, maintenance, and technical support to manufacturers operating injection molding equipment. With decades of hands-on field experience, DPSS focuses exclusively on helping plastics manufacturers reduce downtime, extend equipment life, and maintain reliable production.

We have a strong foundation in electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting, and DPSS serves facilities across the United States, Canada, and Mexico, with a primary focus on the Midwest manufacturing region.

OEM Background & Technical Expertise

Dennis Partridge launched DPSS after years of OEM-level service experience working with major injection molding machine manufacturers. His background includes extensive experience with Engel equipment, along with hands-on service work involving Husky, Krauss Maffei, Cincinnati Milacron, and other leading brands. 

This OEM experience provides a deep understanding of injection molding machine controls, hydraulic systems, electrical systems and print reading, servo pump systems, and auxiliary plastics equipment.

DPSS service specialists are frequently called upon to service machines that are no longer supported by the original manufacturer. In this way we help facilities maintain their valuable capital equipment long after OEM service options have ended.
